Standard Shipping (Orders Under 150 lbs / 68 kg)

We ship small to medium-sized orders via UPS. Available shipping options below will be presented during checkout depending on delivery location.

Please Note
All orders are subject to a $15 handling charge which covers packaging, order processing, and handling fees. This charge is automatically included at checkout.

UPS Weight Limit Notice
UPS limits individual packages to 50 lbs (22.7 kg). Orders exceeding this may be split into multiple packages, and we will do our best to consolidate items where possible to minimize extra charges.
If splitting results in higher shipping costs, we’ll calculate the difference during processing and send a separate invoice.
Your order will ship once any additional shipping charges are paid. Tracking will be provided for each package.

Important
The shipping service you select during checkout (e.g., Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day) is considered a preferred shipping method.
However, please be aware that some of our products are either made-to-order or subject to component availability.
As a result, all orders require processing and preparation time before they are shipped.

This means:

  • UPS transit times (such as “Next Day Air”) refer to the time in transit after the order has been fully processed and packed, not immediately after checkout.

  • Actual fulfillment time may vary depending on:

    • Current production schedule

    • Inventory availability

    • Order complexity

Once your order is fulfilled, the shipping service you selected will be applied, and you will receive tracking information.

Freight Shipping (Orders Over 150 lbs / 68 kg)

Orders exceeding 150 lbs (68 kg) or containing oversized items may require freight (LTL) shipping.

At checkout:

  • UPS options may still appear.

  • However, if the packed order exceeds 150 lbs (68 kg) or is otherwise oversized, it will be switched to freight.

When this happens:

  1. We will contact you with a custom freight quote.
  2. A separate freight invoice will be issued on Shopify.
  3. Your order will ship once the freight invoice is paid.

Mixed Orders (Small & Large Items)

If your order contains both small and large products, we may consolidate the shipment and ship everything together via freight.
You will be notified if this applies and provided with a quote.

Freight Delivery Notes:

  • Freight deliveries are typically curbside.

  • Optional services like liftgate, inside delivery, or appointment scheduling are available upon request.

  • Please ensure accurate delivery information to avoid extra fees.

International Shipping 🌍

We proudly offer international shipping.

  • International orders are available for both parcel and freight shipments.

  • Shipping options and costs will be presented at checkout, but international freight quotes may require manual review.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
